Terms and Conditions
Last updated 15 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every enquiry, booking, membership application and licence agreement made with Morris Moor Pty Ltd ("Morris Moor", "we", "us"). By submitting an enquiry or booking request through this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms have three parts. Part A explains how bookings and memberships work. Part B covers privacy, changes to these Terms and how to contact us. Part C is the Morris Moor Venue Licence: the licence you enter into with Morris Moor as Licensee when you sign these Terms as part of a casual booking or a membership application.
Part A: Bookings and Memberships
A1. Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking. A booking is only confirmed once Morris Moor issues a quote, that quote is approved, a licence contract is generated, and the contract has been electronically signed by the customer.
A casual booking or a membership application is confirmed once Morris Moor approves it. Whichever way you book, you enter into the Venue Licence in Part C when you sign these Terms, and its Licence Fee, Security Deposit, Licensed Area, Event Dates and times are those stated in your booking, quote or contract.
A2. Credit Memberships
Morris Moor also offers credit memberships, which let members book the meeting rooms, board room and auditorium using credits included in a monthly or annual membership fee. Approved non-members can hire the same spaces using separately purchased non-member hire credits.
- Membership credits are issued each billing month and expire at the end of that month; they do not roll over. Credits purchased as a top-up expire 12 months after purchase.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and are not refundable, except where a booking is cancelled in line with these Terms or a refund is required by law.
- Making a booking deducts credits from your balance at the time of booking, and is subject to the booking windows, lead times and peak-time limits shown at the time of booking.
- Booking the auditorium, whether as a member or an approved non-member, requires a current public liability insurance certificate uploaded to your account. The booking cannot be confirmed until the certificate is on file, and the insurance must remain current on the day of the event.
- A monthly membership can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. An annual membership can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice, and any unused full months remaining after the notice period are refunded pro rata.
- Cancelling an individual booking at least 24 hours beforehand (or at least 14 days beforehand for the auditorium) returns the credits used to your balance in full. Cancelling later than that, or not attending, forfeits those credits.
Part B: General
B1. Privacy
Information you provide through an enquiry or booking is used by Morris Moor to process that enquiry or booking, and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell your information to third parties.
B2. Changes to These Terms
Morris Moor may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you submit an enquiry or sign a contract is the version that applies to that booking.
B3. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to events@morrismoor.com.
